By using Fijarioyou agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Educational use

Fijario is a language-learning reference and practice tool. Definitions, examples, and mnemonics are provided to help you learn and may contain simplifications or errors. It is not a substitute for a professional translator or teacher.

Content and data

Vocabulary frequency ordering is derived from an open frequency corpus, and the word definitions are adapted from Wiktionary and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence. The adapted definitions are available under that same licence. Full credits, links and the modification notice are on the sources and licences page. Fijario is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other language-learning brand.

Premium and payments

Premium features may be offered as subscriptions or a one-time purchase, processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the Manage subscription link shown on the Premium page while subscribed, or from the link in your receipt email. Access is tied to the browser used at purchase and can be moved with your access code via the Restore page.

Refunds

Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:

  • the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
  • your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are signed in on the browser you purchased from
  • roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
  • the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy

That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Fijario is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
